Customers may cancel orders within 4 hours of placing them, except custom-made orders which cannot be cancelled after processing starts.

  • Standard products are shipped within the mentioned time frame.
  • Custom-made outfits require additional tailoring time.
  • Delays due to external factors (courier, weather, customs) are beyond our control.

Custom-made and personalized garments are not eligible for returns or refunds.

8. Custom Made-to-Order Garments

For customers worldwide, we offer fully customized outfits. As these garments are tailored based on your measurements and design preferences:

  • No cancellations or returns are permitted.
  • Alterations or remakes may be provided only in cases of manufacturing errors.
  • Measurements must be provided accurately for best results.
