Return & Refund Policy

Domestic Returns

We accept return requests for domestic orders under the following conditions:

• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Used, washed, or damaged products.
• Customized, altered, or specially ordered products.
• Products returned without original packaging.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

International Orders

International orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs for verification.
